Social Media Associate

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow Impacteus social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube).
Create, plan, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with our brand voice.
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports for optimization.
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and video editors to produce high-quality digital assets.
Stay updated with platform trends and emerging social media tools.
Support paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) in coordination with the marketing team.
Engage with the online community to build brand presence and audience trust.

Requirements

2–7 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of platform algorithms and analytics.
Hands-on experience with scheduling & analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.
