Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to join our HR team. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both physical and digital formats.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documents and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of required documents.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Help with benefits administration and respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
