Weโ€™re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Generalist to join our growing team! ๐ŸŒŸ What Youโ€™ll Be Doing As our HR Generalist , you'll be the bridge between people and policy, ensuring a productive, compliant, and positive work environment. Youโ€™ll handle everything from attendance monitoring to employee relations and help shape a culture of responsibility and respect. Key Responsibilities: Ensure company policies and procedures are correctly implemented and followed Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and productivity Address non-compliance professionally and proactively Write and send feedback or warning emails as necessary Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with employees to resolve compliance or behavior issues Track and verify attendance (including using camera feed, when required) Handle front-desk responsibilities including greeting visitors Conduct and coordinate training on company policies and corporate etiquette Work with leadership to recommend and implement HR process improvements Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy and compliance Contribute feedback to improve internal HRM and payroll systems ๐ŸŽ“ What Youโ€™ll Bring Bachelor's degree in any discipline 1โ€“2 years of experience in an HR support or generalist role Working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS tools Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive issues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven work culture ๐Ÿ›  Bonus Skills HR Analytics Experience in employee engagement and organizational effectiveness Interest in process automation or system improvement ๐Ÿ“ˆ Why Join Us?
