Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant, located in Bhilwara. The Human Resources Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as assisting in HR management, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), administering employee benefits, and coordinating training programs. The role involves supporting various HR functions and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Capability in organizing and coordinating Training programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with employees at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
