Human Resources Assistant

Role Overview: You will be responsible for assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you will coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating employee records in HRIS and physical files, supporting the HR team in administering benefits programs, and resolving employee inquiries. You will be required to prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policy documents. Furthermore, you will assist in organizing employee engagement events and HR initiatives, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
