Human Resources Assistant

You will be responsible for the following key areas: - End-to-end hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning. - Ensuring compliance with EPF, ESI, CLRA, labor inspections, and audits. - Handling employee relations including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and welfare initiatives. - Managing contract labor by overseeing licensing, ECR filings, and subcontractor coordination. - Generating HR reports and analyzing data including IOCL RA bill preparation, MIS reports, and employee performance data. - Driving process improvement by optimizing HR workflows for administrative efficiency.
