Job Description

You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and manpower planning. Additionally, you will handle compliance and labor law management including EPF, ESI, CLRA, labor inspections, and audits. Your role will also involve employee relations tasks such as grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and welfare initiatives. You will manage contract labor by overseeing licensing, ECR filings, and subcontractor coordination. Furthermore, you will be involved in HR reporting and analysis tasks including IOCL RA bill preparation, MIS reports, and employee performance data. You will also play a key role in process improvement by optimizing HR workflows for administrative efficiency.
