Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Help in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and payroll-related data.
Research HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless business processes.
Coordinate with different departments to support cross-functional initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
Maintain documentation and records related to company operations and compliance requirements.
Support in inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Assist in creating reports, presentations, and analyses for management reviews
Other operation activities.
