Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for India: onboarding, HRMS updates, payroll input, and exit formalities.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring confidentiality.
• Handle employee relations: disciplinaries, grievances, performance issues, and terminations.
• Partner with business leaders and collaborate with Regional HR Business Partner.
• Coordinate onboarding and background checks.
• Prepare monthly productivity and KPI reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and align practices with global standards.

Requirements

• Graduate in HR (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in India HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
