Key Responsibilities

• Hiring :

  Take ownership and help in hiring new resources in the organization. This includes coordinating with hiring managers, posting jobs on relevant platforms, reaching out to individual candidates or colleges for campus hiring, scheduling interviews and documentation for selected candidates.

  n: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experienc

  n: Prepare and send out employment contracts and other HR-related document

  t: Act as a point of contact for candidates and new employees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary informatio

• Record Keeping & Complianc

  e: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulation

  y: Ensure all HR-related documentation and processes are handled with a high level of precisio

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency

  in ZOHO People

  is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to interact with candidates, employees, and managers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
