Job Summary:

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Management:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Payroll & Attendance:

Oversee accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
Maintain attendance records, leave management, and timesheet approvals.
Coordinate with finance/accounting for payroll disbursement, tax deductions, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Employee Engagement & Development:

Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and appraisal processes.
Conduct training needs assessment and coordinate employee development programs.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, attendance management, and labour laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
