About the Role:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for operational, sales, and support roles.
Plan and anticipate hiring needs
based on sales growth and business expansion.
Source candidates
through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and
cold calling
.
Conduct
telephonic and face-to-face interviews
and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to
understand role requirements
and ensure timely closures.
Provide a
professional and engaging candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a
strong candidate pipeline
for recurring and upcoming roles.
Handle
offer rollouts, onboarding coordination
, and ensure timely joining of new hires.
Maintain daily recruitment reports
and share updates with the HR Manager and management team.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of recruitment experience
, preferably in operational and sales hiring.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
(verbal & written).
Proven experience in
cold calling, sourcing, and candidate engagement
.
Ability to
work independently
, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using
MS Office, Excel, and job portals
.

Preferred Qualities:

Self-driven, detail-oriented, and target-focused.
Capable of handling
bulk and niche operational hiring
.
Experience in
branch setup or field operations hiring
will be an advantage.
