Human Resource Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and administration support. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the companys hiring needs while supporting various HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications.
  
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking.
  
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with the relevant departments.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  
• Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
  
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed, including maintaining employee records and assisting with HR documentation.
  
• Coordinate with external agencies and job portals for recruitment drives and campaigns.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.

Qualification:

• Any Graduate (Degree from a recognized university).
