Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring needs.
Source candidates through
job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
.
Evaluate candidates technical fit through preliminary discussions and resume assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Ensure a seamless and professional
candidate experience
throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in
IT recruitment
(product/service-based companies).
Strong knowledge of
technologies, IT skills, and industry trends
.
Hands-on experience with
job portals, Boolean searches, and social recruiting
.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines
