Job Summary:

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
  
• Handle vendor payments, invoices, and expense tracking.
  
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external agencies for statutory compliance.
  
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  
• Monitor company expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
  
• Support management with financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
  
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
