Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in recruitment and administration support, with a strong ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process and provide administrative assistance to the HR department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
    • Schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates and internal teams.
    • Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
  • Administration Support:

    • Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
    • Support onboarding processes including documentation and orientation scheduling.
    • Coordinate HR-related meetings, trainings, and events.
    • Provide administrative assistance for various HR projects and daily operations.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment, and other sourcing events.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates to HR management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Good understanding of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
