Job Description

The HR Recruiter is a key member of the Human Resources or Talent Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across corporate functions. This person partners with hiring managers to anticipate future staffing needs and execute a complete recruiting lifecyclefrom job descriptions to onboardingwith focus on both efficiency and candidate experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions HRBladeLinkedIn Business Solutions
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies using online job boards, social media, professional networks, and college/career fairs CareerCloud
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit Reddit+15HRBlade+15HRBlade+15
  • Coordinate interview logistics, collect feedback, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers Manatal+2HRBlade+2SHRM+2
  • Extend job offers, negotiate terms, process background/reference checks, and support new hire onboarding CareerCloudSHRM

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g. MBA) or HR certifications such as SHRMCP preferred SHRM
  • 2–5+ years of experience in recruitment or HR/talent acquisition roles, ideally in a corporate or high-volume environment SHRM+9HRBlade+9HRBlade+9
