Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within SIS-VProtect. Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates. Generate offer letters,appointment letter and managing onboarding from end to end. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules. Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for new hires. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution . Proficiency in MS-office. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HRBP role or similar function. Strong understanding of ATS, HRIS systems; proficiency in using these tools for tracking applicants' flow through different stages of recruitment. Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering & product management.
