Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify top talent. Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer extension. Ensure timely communication with applicants throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or related field (HR/IR). MBA/PGDM degree preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, interview scheduling, stakeholder management, headhunting techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement.
