Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Attraction
:

Use various channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc.) to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Actively build and maintain a pool of talent for current and future hiring needs.

End-to-End Recruitment Process
:

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned in terms of candidate fit.
Manage the offer process, from extending offers to negotiating terms with selected candidates.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Preferred candidates : BPO Hiring , Bulk hiring, Healthcare recruiters and medical coding sourcing recruiters.
