Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions and specifications.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job openings on relevant platforms including job boards, newspapers, and college portals.
• Source and attract candidates using various channels such as databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews using structured and reliable selection tools/methods to assess candidates effectively.
• Evaluate applicants qualifications including technical skills, soft skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees to ensure successful integration.
• Apply and monitor HR recruiting best practices to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Negotiate and release offers to selected candidates in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong engagement with the joiner pipeline to reduce drop-offs and improve onboarding ratios.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, building strong and influential relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
