Job Description

We Have An Urgent Opening For Hr Recruiter At Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end hiring from job requisition to onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates via internal referrals, job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, schedule and coordinate further interviews.
Handle reference and background checks, extend offer letters, and manage onboarding.

Data & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data using the
ATS
and provide reports on hiring progress and metrics.

Qualifications-

Bachelors degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or a related field.
Minimum
2 years of hands-on recruitment experience
,
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and
LinkedIn Recruiter
.
Familiarity with
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
and recruitment databases.
