JOB TITLE: HR Officer
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level sales roles (Sales Officers, Executives, Supervisors, etc.). Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of new hires. Ensure smooth induction of new employees into the organization.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management: Act as the first point of contact for sales employees for HR-related queries. Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR MIS for the sales team. Support performance management processes in coordination with HRBP

Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Handle sales team grievances and employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct field visits to resolve concerns and ensure policy adherence. Build strong relationships with sales employees and line managers
HRBP Support: Assist the HRBP in implementing HR initiatives, policies, and processes. Support audits, compliance, and HR projects as assigned. Act as an HR representative for sales locations across Maharashtra
