Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operations including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance. The role ensures effective implementation of HR policies and compliance with labour laws while maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation
Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs.
Support statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave & Wages)
Assist in labour law compliance and liaison with government authorities when required.
Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes.
Issue HR letters (appointment, confirmation, increment, warning, etc.)
Support training programs and maintain training records
Assist in HR audits, inspections, and internal reporting

Qualification:

Any Graduation OR MBA / PGDM in Human Resources

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR field
Experience in manufacturing or Chemical Industry preferred

Note: Male Candidates are preferred.
