The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR
operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement,
HR documentation, compliance, and assisting in implementing HR
policies. The role requires good people skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Recruitment & Onboarding-
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Prepare offer letters and appointment documents
Conduct employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers
