Job Description

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. The role requires someone who can maintain confidentiality, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced cosmeceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles within the company.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for selection.
  • Manage the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and induction programs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, events, and team-building initiatives.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Assist in payroll processing and salary disbursements.
  • Manage employee benefits, insurance, and other HR programs.

5. Performance Management

  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintain documentation of appraisals and assist managers with feedback sessions.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs for skill enhancement and professional development.
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain related records.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRMS, attendance tools).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the derma or cosmeceutical industry.
  • Exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement activities.
