Job Duties

The HR Manager will lead HR activities, ensuring alignment with the company goals while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives, support growth, and strengthen culture. We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of HR experience, qualified in HRM, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is confident challenging the status quo.

As a key HR partner, you will combine operational excellence with strategic influence, ensuring HR processes run smoothly while contributing to talent strategy, engagement, and organizational development.

Main Responsibility Areas:

Operational HR

  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll administration and benefits processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding to deliver a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Support performance review and compensation processes with accurate data and reporting.
  • Track HR metrics and maintain HRIS data integrity.
  • Promote employee safety, wellness, and engagement programs.
  • Provide practical guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.

Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR partner for the CEO and senior leadership team, advising on organizational and people matters.
  • Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning activities.
  • Drive engagement, retention, and development initiatives across the business.
  • Coach managers to handle employee relations matters with consistent, fair, and pragmatic approaches.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Influence business decisions through HR insights, data, and recommendations.

HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Lead HR projects and initiatives independently, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
  • Contribute to HR programme design and execution (e.g., learning and development, recognition, diversity, wellbeing).
  • Analyse HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and solutions to support business goals.
  • Partner with Group HR leadership on group-wide initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance HR practices for greater business impact

Work Arrangement:

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a mix of operational HR and exposure to business partnering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HRM qualification preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate independently, take initiative, and challenge established practices constructively.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
