Were on the lookout for a skilled Human Resources Manager to manage HR programs across the company - everything from recruiting and onboarding to performance management and compensation. The role will involve working, side-by-side, with our employees to foster a positive environment and make sure the company’s mission and goals are effectively implemented.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and attract candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations to management.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Work closely with the hiring team and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate the job requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience developing and executing strategies designed to improve the hiring process.
Proven experience developing and implementing solutions to highly complex situations that call for ingenuity and creativity.
