Manage full-cycle recruitment & onboarding Conduct induction, training, and performance tracking Handle payroll processing, salary records & leave management Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.) Address employee grievances & boost engagement Maintain HR database, documentation & MIS reports Align HR practices with resorts goals and policies Role & responsibil• Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding Conduct induction, training, and performance tracking Process payroll and maintain leave & attendance records Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.) Manage employee relations, grievances & engagement activities Maintain HR documentation, MIS reports & employee data Support HR policy implementation and process improvementsities Preferred candidate profile
