Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute bulk and lateral hiring for various roles.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR databases.
Handle transfers, confirmations, increments, and promotions.
Support sales teams with performance tracking, incentives, and target-based evaluations.
Coordinate with sales leadership for productivity, discipline, and compliance.
Address field-related HR issues promptly.
Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues effectively.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and motivation programs.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and brand guidelines.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, labor laws).
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct.
Handle documentation and legal compliance.
Prepare and share HR MIS reports with management.
Coordinate with regional teams and internal stakeholders.
Support management with HR insights and strategic recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred).
7+ years of HR experience, preferably in
mobile, retail, FMCG, or telecom industry
.
Strong knowledge of bulk hiring, field HR and sales HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting tools.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle pressure and multi-location operations.
Proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
