Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee data management.
Support recruitment processes by coordinating with hiring teams and assisting in shortlisting and screening when required.
Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and performance management programs.
Ensure statutory compliance and handle internal HR audits.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role
Familiarity with recruitment processes and talent acquisition basics.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
