Job Description

We are actively looking for A Business Development Executive for Bangalore location with IT Services Sales experience in the international market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant solutions.
Perform follow-ups on leads and previous contacts.
Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Schedule meetings/demos for the presales or technical team.
Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate customer and prospect information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
Proven inside sales or tele-calling experience (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigators, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, etc. (preferred).
International regions work experience (must)
