Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Planning & Strategy:

Develop HR strategies in collaboration with line managers to address

immediate and long-term staffing needs.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Prepare

shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews using various selection techniques, including

psychometric testing.
Compensation & Benefits:

Advise on

salary structures, promotions, and benefits; administer payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
HR Policies & Compliance:

Interpret and enforce

employment legislation; develop and implement policies related to

disciplinary procedures, absence management, working conditions, performance management, and equal opportunities.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address and resolve

employee grievances, implement disciplinary actions, and foster a

positive and productive workplace culture.
Training & Development:

Conduct

training needs analysis, plan and implement training programs, and oversee

staff induction processes.
Operational & Facility Management:

Oversee the

operational functions

of the company and ensure the

upkeep of office premises.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:

MBA in

Human Resources (HR).
Experience:

Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Communication:

Excellent

verbal and written English communication skills.
Essential Skills:

Strong

interpersonal and leadership abilities.
In-depth

business awareness and commercial acumen.
Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret

employment laws and regulations.
