Job Description

Position Overview:

end-to-end HR function

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Group (TAG):

  • Lead and manage the TAG team to ensure timely fulfillment of branch hiring requirements across all functions.
  • Define and implement effective sourcing and selection strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and recruiter productivity.
  • Drive adherence to recruitment governance, process compliance, and quality of hires.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements and ensure effective workforce planning.

2. Talent Management Group (TMG):

  • Oversee the complete employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
  • Drive Performance Management System (PMS) processesgoal setting, reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities aimed at enhancing motivation, retention, and culture building.
  • Manage grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures with fairness and discretion.
  • Partner with corporate HR to drive CSR initiatives and branch-level HR communication programs.
  • Ensure all HR policies, statutory norms, and compliance standards are effectively implemented.

3. Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to branch business and functional heads.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR teams to align branch HR practices with organizational priorities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or branch HR role.
  • Exposure to both Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions is essential.
  • Experience in managing HR for a multi-functional or large workforce setup preferred.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely achievement of branch hiring targets.
  • Offer-to-joining conversion ratio and hiring process efficiency.
  • Branch attrition rate and engagement index.
  • Timely completion of PMS cycles and feedback sessions.
  • Turnaround time for grievance resolution.
  • HR compliance and audit adherence at branch level.
