Role & responsibilities: To support HR Head in establishing performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high-performance culture. In conjunction with Leadership teams and the Function Heads, implement standardised global people Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which allow the measurement of progress against the key people objectives. To support and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit strategies which are in line with corporate compensation and benefits guidelines to attract and retain talent. Supporting personnel cost budgeting process and control. To benchmark labor market trends and propose salary structure and adjustments to the business based on survey data. To maintain accurate, efficient daily C&B processes to support all populations of employees including payroll, benefit administration, and benefit communication. To support HR Analytics initiatives and be responsible for HR dashboards that are used by Senior Management Personnel Budget Management: Prepare, Track & report out the budgets for the business areas at Unit and Division level. Must have Skills: MBA in HR from premier institute with 4-8 years of experience Should have experience in implementing C&B programs, Performance Management at business entity level Good Analytical Skills Employee satisfaction and retention rates across key roles and segments Satisfaction of top employees with compensation programs Accuracy of data held within databases.
