Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the process of finding, interviewing, and hiring qualified medical and non-medical staff, and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
Employee Relations:
Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and handle disciplinary issues to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Compliance:
Ensure the hospital adheres to all federal, state, and local labor laws and healthcare-specific regulations related to employment.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, conduct evaluations, and support managers in staff performance improvement plans.
Training & Development:
Coordinate and facilitate professional development programs and training initiatives to enhance staff skills and support career growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation structures.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with hospital leadership to align workforce planning and HR initiatives with the hospital's overall mission and goals.
HR Systems & Records:
Maintain and update HR records, manage HR databases (HRIS), and use HR analytics to support decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
Foster a positive work environment, promote employee motivation, and implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
