Role & responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Maintain pay plan and benefits program. Develop training and development programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Nurture a positive working environment and organizational culture. Preferred candidate profile Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS). Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
