Serve All.Joining us means your HR leadership directly helps grow a movement making a real impact in peoples lives.About the RoleWe are seeking an inspiring and dedicated Head of Human Resources to lead our HR function and support our expanding team in Ahmedabad. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of talent acquisition, culture building, HR operations, volunteer support, and performance processes. Strategic HR Leadership• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Go Dharmics mission.• Build and nurture a culture rooted in empathy, collaboration, and service.• Advise leadership on workforce development and team structure.2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition• Lead end-to-end hiring across departments.• Draft job descriptions, source candidates, screen applications, and manage interview processes.• Collaborate with team leads for manpower planning.• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.3. HR Operations & Administration• Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.• Handle HR documentation including letters, contracts, and file maintenance.• Support onboarding and offboarding with clarity and care.• Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs.4. Volunteer Management• Coordinate with volunteers for ongoing programs and events.• Maintain an updated volunteer database with active communication.• Support volunteer onboarding, scheduling, and engagement activities.5. OKR & Performance Management• Assist in implementing and tracking OKRs across teams.• Collect monthly/quarterly progress updates.• Support performance review cycles and documentation.6. Internal Communication & Engagement• Strengthen communication between teams and leadership.• Help organise engagement activities, meetings, and team-building events.• Foster a positive and purpose-driven work environment.7. Compliance & Policy Development• Create and update HR policies to reflect organisational values.• Ensure compliance with labour laws and ethical HR standards.• Maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.Required Qualifications & Skills• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.• 2–4 years of HR experience (recruitment + operations).• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask.• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Skills• Experience in NGOs or volunteer-driven organisations.• Strong documentation and coordination skills.• Passion for social impact and service-led leadership.
