About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with strong exposure to IT Consulting/Services environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR operations, managing end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies aligned to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.
  
• Build and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  
• Partner with leadership teams to understand manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
  
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles, ensuring timely delivery of talent.
  
• Administer performance management systems and drive continuous feedback culture.
  
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs to boost retention and workplace culture.
  
• Ensure statutory and regulatory HR compliance (EPF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).
  
• Manage payroll coordination, HRIS updates, and employee data accuracy.
  
• Handle grievance management and guide managers on employee-related issues.
  
• Support Learning & Development programs – skills mapping, trainings, career progression.
  
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and process improvement initiatives.
  
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with consultants and staffing partners.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 6–10 years of HR experience, preferably in IT Consulting/IT Services.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT hiring processes and industry trends.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  
• Proven experience in performance management & employee relations.
  
• Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS tools.
  
• Good understanding of labour laws and compliances.
