Human Resource Manager

As an HR Manager at Suresh Masale, you will play a crucial role in building and leading our workforce across production, sales, and administration. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments such as production, sales, and office. - Developing and implementing HR policies to ensure legal compliance with PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc. - Conducting performance reviews, supporting incentive/target-setting systems, and organizing employee training, safety drills, and skill development programs. - Handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work culture. - Coordinating with factory heads and sales leadership to address HR needs, as well as maintaining HR reports and compliance documentation. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. - At least 4 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or retail sectors. - Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
