Job Summary


We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to assist our HR team with day-to-day operations. The intern will work closely with the core HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR functions. This internship will provide hands-on experience in HR processes and is ideal for someone eager to learn, contribute to a dynamic work environment, and develop practical HR skills.


The internship offers performance-based pay, determined by the quality of work and achievement of specific goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job openings, shortlisting CVs/resumes, screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate and Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and update HR databases and internship documents. 
  • Help with HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support HR team in various administrative tasks and reporting
  • Work closely with core to understand and support day-to-day operations. 
  • Communicate and collaborate with companies for placement drives.??


Selection Process: 


The selection will be conducted in two rounds:

1st Round – Shortlisting based on CV/resume.

2nd Round – Virtual interview 


Requirements:


  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must have an active LinkedIn account for professional networking and recruitment tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong willingness to learn and contribute to a dynamic work environment.


Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Experience in LinkedIn recruitment and job postings.
  • Understanding of employee motivation and workplace culture.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
