About Role

We’re seeking an HR Intern who’s organized, proactive, and eager to support our hiring and HR operations while learning the nuts and bolts of team-building in a high-growth setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Post open roles on portals like LinkedIn and track all applications
• Screen and shortlist resumes based on role criteria
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams
• Assist with onboarding documentation and candidate follow-ups
• Maintain applicant tracking in Google Sheets or ATS for auditability and transparency
• Liaise with internal teams (strategy, content, admin) to collate interviewer feedback
• Handle basic candidate/staff queries via email or chat
• Support virtual onboarding activities or team sessions
• Gather feedback from applicants to refine job descriptions and process steps
• Prepare simple reports or dashboards outlining recruitment metrics
• Be self‑driven—take ownership of assigned tasks, learn fast, and communicate clearly

Requirements

• Freshers or early‑career students in HR, business admin, psychology, or related fields
• Fluent in English and Hindi; organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable with email, Google Docs/Sheets and scheduling tools
• Quick learner who can adapt to ATS, HR communications
• Curious about recruitment, onboarding, HR policies and building efficient processes
