Job Description

  • Assist senior HR staff in managing live client projects, gaining practical experience in various HR functions.
  • Learn to draft and maintain essential HR documentation, such as offer and appointment letters.
  • Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, compliance, offboarding, and payroll processing, while ensuring accurate maintenance of employee records.
  • Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing platforms for effective candidate recruitment.
  • Participate in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Help maintain HRIS systems, manage employee data, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
