Job Summary:

Lighthouse Info System Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to technical recruitment within the IT sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
• Screen resumes and coordinates interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms.
• Maintain candidate databases and track application progress.
• Assist in onboarding processes including documentation and orientation.
• Support in maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest or basic understanding of the IT industry and tech hiring.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
