Human Resource Intern

Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll support, documentation, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment:

  Assist in end-to-end hiring process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

• Payroll Support:

  Help in collecting and verifying attendance data, assisting with payroll inputs, and ensuring accuracy in salary-related documentation.

• Documentation:

  Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and assist in preparing HR-related reports and compliance documents.

• Employee Engagement:

  Support planning and execution of engagement activities, events, and internal communication initiatives.
• Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related queries and provide administrative support.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
