Human Resource Intern

Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
   
2. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for smooth interview process.
   
3. Support onboarding activities such as document collection and induction.
   
4. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
   
5. Help manage internship programs, attendance tracking, and daily HR operations.
   
6. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
   
7. Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
   
8. Support payroll data compilation (attendance, leave updates, etc.).
   
9. Handle basic queries from employees and provide timely support.
   
10. Work closely with the HR team on performance management and training initiatives.
    
11. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related tasks.
    
12. Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
    

Preferred candidate profile

• Any graduate

  (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech, or any stream) interested in building a career in HR.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
  
• Basic understanding of HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and documentation (training will be provided).
  
• Good coordination skills and willingness to handle HR operations.
  
• Familiar with

  MS Office

  (Excel, Word).
• Quick learner with good organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in HR tasks.
  
• Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
