Role & Responsibilities :

Organizational Development (OD) Interventions -

• Support the design and implementation of OD programs such as training, team-building activities, and change management workshops.
• Assist in conducting surveys (employee engagement, training needs, etc.) and analyzing results.
• Help draft reports and presentations based on OD project outcomes.
• Research HR and OD best practices to recommend improvements.

Recruitment Talent Pool Support -

• Assist in Hiring Best Talent, Skill Based Hiring framework, Questionnaire based interviews
• Coordinate with departments to interview feedbacks.
• Help in preparing 3-6-9 plan for each department.
• Support analysis of best industry practices /assessment tools for hiring.

General HR Support -

• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team when required.
• Participate in HR meetings and document MOMs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong interest in Performance Management and Organizational Development.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
• Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
