Designation: HR Intern (3 Months Internship – Potential Full-Time Role)

Experience: Fresher

Duration: 3 Months (Internship)

Stipend: 10K

Shift : USA Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST)

Full-Time Opportunity: Yes, based on performance

Salary (If PPO offered): 25k - 28K per month

Working Days : Monday - Friday (Except last Saturday of every month for Training and Development)

HR Roles:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting team initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily HR & Administrative activities, including scheduling meetings handling correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper based.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
  • Support financial processes, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and manage vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
