Role & responsibilities

Verify and validate technical as well as commercial aspect of tender, Clause wise comments on tender document and ensure proper quote in IREPS portal.

Prepare and validate pre bidding and post bidding Life Cycle Cost, consolidate the technical assumptions, approval of technical scope associated to the bid, negotiate with customer, identify any technical change during that phase and consider approvals of internal stake holders.

Coordinate with internal stake holders (PPC, SCM, Production, Quality, R&D, Service engineers), conclude SOP, Work Instructions with Cross functional team and generate PPT, MIS and MOM and chase up till finalization.

Review contract document before signature and assimilate with the bid documents/ negotiations for price, standard terms and condition etc.

Prepare product wise price comparison analysis of the bid and analyze win and loss scenario of the tender.

Analyze with the support of system application architecture, the potential gap between the customer specification and standard solution and project to support bidding ensuring compliances.

Meeting with Railway officers regarding pre tendering tender documents, PO finalize on technical and commercial ground, negotiation on clauses/price etc.

Ensure compliance of resources with project execution plan and escalate, determine objectives and measures (KPIs) upon which project will be evaluated at its completion.

Maintain, Annalise, visualize information and record in various (Management Information System) MIS in advance excel format to represent real time data to Top management on regular basis.

Generate, Analyze & Review Daily Progress Report (DPR), Monthly progress report, weekly review meeting with management, interdepartmental Co-Ordination, Management Information System (MIS) report to top management.

Successfully initiate, organize, and execute various works contracts pan India ensuring compliance with QCD and deliver within dead line.

Planning, Monitoring, Tracking, Review, Scheduling, reporting, and controlling of time bound project activities.
