Job Description

Seeking an enthusiastic, growth oriented HR Intern to be a key contributor in building a strong people and culture foundation for a Digital Brand Services Agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self starter with a keen interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement, and a passion for learning about organizational culture and talent management in a fast paced, creative environment.

Description:

  • Assist with day to day HR operations
  • Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate and timely information retrieval.
  • Handle general HR administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conducting research on HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The candidate should have a strong interest in Human Resources and be familiar with basic HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or exposure to HR operations is an added advantage.
  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Should be passionate about people, culture, and organizational development, and eager to collaborate with HR specialists across various functions.
